SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders are shipped with standard shipping, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed typically within 48 hours. Standard shipping times are applied. Flat rate shipping of $9.95 applies to all orders. 

All over-sized items will be indicated on the website and shipping costs will vary accordingly. Please leave a note on your order for expedited shipping requests.  

Unfortunately, at this item we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

At Mustard Seed Baby Boutique we want you to love your new items! We understand that sometimes the sizing doesn’t work out, the item isn’t as expected or you simply change your mind. It happens!

We are happy to accept returns on all eligible items shipped within 14 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT. You must have your receipt. All eligible items must be in their original conditions - unworn and undamaged, with tags still attached, and ideally in their original packaging if applicable. If you received the item/items as a gift we are happy to accept the return and issue you a store credit via email.

Please Note: Items marked as Sale, clearance, seasonal are NOT eligible for a return or refund. We are also unable to accept returns on jewelry, hair accessories or bath and body products, presale or preorders.  Thank you for your understanding.

Please Note: A $9.95 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit. Mustard Seed Baby Boutique is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. To request a return please email Contactus@mustardseedbabyboutique.com with your order number and we will email you a return address label.
 

For shipping, please package your unworn, undamaged items, with the tag still attached, in the box that it was sent in, and affix the return label. Please circle the items you wish to return on the packing slip included with your original order and include with your return.

Once the item/items have been received and deemed eligible for return, a refund in the form of store credit will be issued.
